Foundations are underway on the 14 acre site in Lafayette, IN for the new Haggerty Point Four 175,000 sf warehouse for INOK Investments, LLC. Titan Construction & Engineering Services is providing the Design/Build services for the facility and partnered with Butler, Fairman & Seufert for civil design services. INOK investments continues to invest in the community by providing facilities in Greater Lafayette for lease and purchase. INOK has opportunities still open for lease.
Titan Construction & Engineering Services will provide a spring 2023 completion. This 175’ by 1000’ facility will be dock height and feature twenty-four (24) truck docks. The Pre-engineered steel package was provided by Chief Buildings and features a standing seam roof system, multi-colored architectural wall panels, and 1’ concrete stemwall with metal liner panels.

Superintendent
Ed recently started his career with Titan Construction & Engineering Services in late 2021 as a Superintendent in our Industrial Maintenance department. Ed’s previous experience was as an estimator/project manager for a commercial buildout general contractor in suburban Chicago. He is proving to be a great fit to our organization already. Ed is originally from Bolingbrook, IL, where he coached youth sports for over 20 years. He and his wife, Dawn, now live in Monticello and have three grown children, Kaylyn, Brian and Ashlee, and a grandson, Trevor. Ed and Dawn also own their own escape room and food vendor stand at Indiana Beach in Monticello.
