Project Highlights
Construction is underway on the 20 acre site in Remington, IN for the new 245.000 sf warehouse terminal for Smith Transport based out of Roaring Springs, PA with Titan Construction & Engineering Services serving as the overall Design/Build construction firm. Smith Transportation maintains warehousing and distribution facilities throughout the Midwest and Northeast along with other companies they own that complement their logistics and transportation capabilities. Titan C&E is providing the turnkey design and construction services for this project to be completed by yearend to allow Smith to vacate an existing facility they occupy in the area for new ownership. The 350' by 700' facility will incorporate (20) truck docks and office space within a facility constructed of Pre-engineered steel, standing seam roof system, and precast concrete wall panels.

Steve Goff Project Superintendent
Steve started his career with Titan C&E in 2011 in the position of Project Superintendent after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Building Construction Management. Steve has primarily spent his time managing projects in our Industrial Maintenance and Rigging Department, but is recently doing more work in the area of our major projects' division of the company. Steve is originally from Cedar Lake and he and his wife, Sarah, now live in West Lafayette with their 2 children.
