Project Highlights
Under construction in Hamlet. Indiana is this 40,940 sf warehouse and office addition for Norton Packaging based out of Hayward, California. This design/build project, by Titan Construction and Engineering, is being provided for the building owner the Starke County Economic Development Foundation. Titan C&E has had the pleasure of providing other construction services for the foundation over the past many years. Titan C&E is providing the turnkey design and construction services, including self-performing the sitework, concrete, and steel erection services for this plastics injection molding facility. Norton Packaging has (3) manufacturing facilities nationwide molding plastic pails up to 5 gallons in capacity for the paint, food, lubricant and chemical/cleaners industries.

Project Manager
Steve started his career with Titan C&E in 2008 in the position of a Project Manager after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from Purdue University. He has since obtained his Indiana Professional Engineering license and still retains his Surveyor in Training (SIT) certification. Steve grew up in the Lowell area and was oversees for 6 months doing volunteer work at an orphanagen Kenya, Africa before coming to Titan C&E. He and his wife, Miriam. live in Rensselaer with their son Nathan.
